I'm a solutions architect and engineering lead. I own technical direction: system design, stack choices, and the first working build. Then I lead the 14-engineer team that takes it to production. Over the last 7+ years I've architected and bootstrapped 25+ systems across IoT, maritime telematics, microservices ERP, healthcare, EdTech at national scale, and ML and LLM analytics. I've decomposed monoliths into event-driven microservices, and I've also deliberately built a modular monolith where service boundaries would have been a liability; I pick the architecture from the data model, not the trend. Hands-on in Python and Django, with security by design as the default.

Decentralized, end-to-end-encrypted messaging (Nostr) and right-to-erasure tooling - cryptographic identity, anonymity and data minimization.
FHIR-based healthcare interoperability - standards-compliant clinical resources and secure data exchange across systems.
Open edX platform engineering, plus a national live-classroom platform designed for ~1.5M government schools - LiveKit one-to-many broadcast, CV-based attendance, and a deliberately modular-monolith backend.
Production ML and LLM engineering - time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, model registries with drift monitoring, and grounded LLM layers that never invent numbers. AI Security & Governance certified (Securiti).
